My name is Monique Noel-Gunter. Both personally and professionally, I am relied upon by many to perform well in various roles. To me, family is everything! So, with this in mind, I do my best to make sure that my family and those who rely on me are well cared for, and in a better position because they know and trust me. That being said, balancing my home and career for so many years has taught me the values of time and relationships. Because time and people are so precious to me, I believe that it is just as important to enjoy what I do, as it is for me to do it well. Life is a very memorable teacher. However, not everyone has the same experiences. I've learned that we don't have to burn to learn! Accepting the help of those who have done what we are seeking to do reduces errors, saves time, and drastically improves the outcomes. For these reasons, it's a privilege and a joy to be the trusted professional who works both with and for my clients and loved ones. Particularly since trust is earned, I take great pleasure in being trusted by those who I know and work with me.
Professionally, I am licensed as a notary public (NY), a life insurance agent (NY, FL, PA, NC, SC and others), and a real estate salesperson/ Realtor (NY). I am proudly affiliated with eXp Realty as a Realtor; and with Primerica as a life insurance agent. I chose to get licensed in these areas because I realized that, like me, my clients have to find professionals who they can trust to take care of their needs in real estate, life insurance, investing, budgeting, home security, health insurance, and so much more. Providing for and protecting our families is our top priority! Still, finding people who we can trust is not always easy. The lessons can be very expensive and time consuming. Knowing this, I decided to educate myself so that I could be an excellent resource. Being the overachiever that I am, I learned so much that adding the corresponding licenses just made sense. Especially since the fields naturally overlap, I can now legally provide services and referrals to my clients and their loved ones in each of these fields. Yes, I chose to do the right thing!
